Oversee the coordination
and implementation of training, planning and program development
for students and alumni, coordinate, integrate, and manage all
university resources (facilities, finances and public affairs)
and activities to support coherent programs for Fraternity and
Sorority Affairs, coordinate and support the Fraternity and Sorority
Advisory Council, develop and implement strategies for crisis
intervention and chapter management, receive, investigate and
resolve complaints against chapters, cultivate alumni support
and leadership for the fraternity and sorority community.

Provide office management and programmatic support to the Office
of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs. Advise students on social event
registration and train student social chairs and risk management
chairs in the
Greek system. Provides support for the Greek Judicial Board. Manage
departmental budget and gift accounts.
Provide direct administrative support to the Associate
Dean of Students and Assistant Director for External Relations.
Support Trustee and alumni-led Fraternity and Sorority Advisory
Committee.

Provide administrative support to the staff in the Office of
Fraternity and Sorority Affairs (OFSA). Oversee compliance with
Insurance, building codes, office requirements, and organization
attendance at educational/leadership events. Maintain several databases,
and produce bi-weekly reports staff, and alumni.

Serve as liaison between Office of Fraternity Affairs and alumni
and colleagues in the Division of Alumni Affairs and Development,
provide support to Greek alumni corporation boards, Alumni Interfraternity
Council, Alumnae Panhellenic Association, and Fraternity and Sorority
Advisory Council, support recruitment and training of alumni
volunteers for the Fraternity and Sorority Advisory Council and
chapters.

and seven Creating Chapters of Excellence chapters. Responsible
for the advisement of university recognized fraternities and sororities
related to chapter operations. Will work directly with the Creating
Chapters of Excellence Program Graduate Assistants primarily to
enhance mentoring to the chapter, programming, and facility and
financial management. Advise students in managing their programming
budget.
