• WSH Information Desk
  
  In the main lobby on the fourth floor, the Information Desk serves a variety of functions. In addition to serving as an information center, it is a convenient location to purchase newspapers, magazines, postcards, Cornell Calendar, candy, and snacks. It is also where one goes to get keys to the various services available, such as the grand piano and music room. The Straight Desk's can be called to answer questions (255-3450) and the "deskies" are reputed by for their ability to answer any question about Cornell. The Desk Hours (during academic year) are:

  Monday - Friday, 9 A.M. to 9 P.M.
  Saturday - Sunday, 10 A.M. to 9 P.M.

• M & T Bank and ATM
  This M & T branch office provides basic banking and new account services, and convenient access for students, faculty, and staff.
  

• WSH Mailroom
  The mailroom handles incoming and outgoing U.S., campus, Federal Express, and UPS mail service for mailbox holders and building occupants. It is not a post office, however they do sell a limited variety of stamps
  ($0.23 postcard stamps, $0.37 letter stamps, and books of 20 letter stamps) and can accept small outgoing United States Postal Service packages as long as they already have the right amount of postage on them.

• WSH Student Employment
  Willard Straight Hall Student Employment presents a variety of employment opportunities, including management positions which provide students with practical training and application of leadership skills, interviewing techniques, communication skills, time management skills, performance evaluation, policy development and implementation.

• WSH Ticket Office
  The Ticket Office provides a central outlet for various organizations, including Cornell Cinema, and Concert Commission, to make ticket sales available to the campus community. It also serves as a convenient location for placing Daily Sun ads and purchasing Ithaca Transit passes.
